It strengthens Gan (liver) and Shen (kidneys) while releasing Gan Yu (liver stagnation). The blend is suitable primarily for women who have exhausted Xue (blood) and Yin by births and menstruation, and are under long-term mental stress. Nevertheless, these images can also be found in some men.
