Blend description:

The Dry dreams tincture is based on Zhi Xiao Er Yi Niao Tang, a blend used in traditional Chinese medicine.

A more modern Chinese herbs mixture that combines two traditional recipes. The first is Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang, which strengthens the Pi (spleen) and supports its lifting function. The second mixture is Suo Quan Wan, which strengthens Shen (kidneys), clutches and prevents leakage of Jing essence. Next, herbs that harmonise the imbalance between the Xin (heart) and Shen (kidneys) were added to the mixture.

Effects according to Chinese medicine:

  • clutches essence and liquids
  • harmonises Shen (kidneys) and Xin (heart)
  • strengthens the centre and lifting function of the Pi (spleen) and Shen (kidneys)

Clinical notes:

  • We recommended not taking it just before bedtime, but about 2 hours before going to sleep
