The Outer relief tincture is based on Shan Ci Nan Xing, a blend used in traditional Chinese medicine.
In the book, tincture is based on the recipe of Traumatology and Orthopaedics of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nan Jing University. Its main use is relieving the Bi Zheng hot type, which is most often manifested on the feet.The herbs contained in the tincture help to restore Xue (blood) circulation and Qi in the affected area.
