Blend description:

The Clear Mind tincture is based on Bu Nao Yang Shen Wan, a blend used in traditional Chinese medicine.038_Bu Nao Yang Shen Tang _Jasná mysl_tinktura

According to Chinese medicine, our soul, personality, and thinking are based in Xin (heart). However, the old Chinese also knew the brain’s function. But they only regarded it as a mechanical machine – hardware, whereas the soul was considered software. Xin (heart) corresponds to fire and keeps the soul (Shen) and our mental abilities active. Shen (kidneys) correspond to water and are the basis for our body’s overall Yin and Yang. The harmonic interaction of Xin and Shen, fire and water, ensures trouble-free operation of many functions. The blend is popular among students mainly during the exam period.

Effects according to Chinese medicine:

  • Nourishes the brain (Nao)
  • Soothes the soul (Shen)
  • Strengthens the kidneys (Shen)
  • Nourishes the heart (Xin)
  • Improves communication between the heart (Xin) and kidneys (Shen)
